We are committed to providing our customers with reliable and high-quality electric motorcycles. This Warranty Policy outlines the terms and conditions of warranty coverage.

1. Warranty Coverage

Electric Motor and Battery – Covered by a limited warranty for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase, provided that the product is used and maintained in accordance with the operating instructions.

Frame – Covered by a limited warranty for a period of five (5) years against defects in materials and workmanship.

2. Limitations and Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

1. Damage caused by misuse, accidents, neglect, or improper storage.
2. Modifications or repairs carried out by unauthorized service providers.
3. Normal wear and tear, including but not limited to tires, brake pads, lights, and other consumable components.
4. Damage resulting from use outside of normal riding conditions or intended purpose.

3. Remedies

In the event of a valid warranty claim, the manufacturer’s sole obligation and the purchaser’s exclusive remedy shall be, at the manufacturer’s discretion:

• Repair of the defective component, or
• Replacement of the defective component with a new or refurbished part.

4. Transferability

This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

5. Claim Procedure

To file a warranty claim, the purchaser must:

• Contact our Customer Support team via email info@edmotorbike.ie.
• Provide proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) and the product’s serial number.
• Describe the defect in detail and, if requested, provide photographic or video evidence.
• If necessary, return the defective product or part to an authorized service center, as instructed by our support team.
• All shipping costs associated with warranty claims are the responsibility of the purchaser, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Governing Law

This warranty shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which the product was purchased.
